1. One-time donations
Support donations are voluntary gifts that keep Moonrise running. They are not refunded after Stripe confirms them, except where the law requires a refund.
2. Website unlock
The website purchase is charged once, at checkout, when a business owner unlocks the live site. Email trymoonrise@gmail.com within 7 days if the site was charged in error or never published. Moonrise reviews those requests.
3. Hosting
Hosting renews every month until you cancel. Cancel from the billing link in your Stripe receipt, or email trymoonrise@gmail.com and we will stop the next renewal. A month that has already started is not refunded. The live site can be unpublished after cancellation.
